My Story

I’ve been an athlete my entire life, and I understand what it means to push through setbacks. Despite facing health challenges like chronic GI issues, a spinal fusion, and three major hip surgeries (including a total hip replacement), I never gave up on movement. Running became my steady companion, from 5Ks to ultramarathons, and it's still a big part of my story today. Now I use that experience to help others move forward—whether you're just starting out, returning after time off, or working toward a new performance goal. As a certified coach in endurance training, strength, and nutrition, I’m committed to ongoing learning and to coaching real people with real lives. My approach is grounded, personalized, and focused on long-term health as much as performance. Wherever you're starting from, I’m here to help you build strength, gain confidence, and feel supported every step of the way.
