My Story
My passion for both nutrition and running was shaped through my own health setbacks. Navigating chronic GI issues, a spinal fusion, and three major hip surgeries, including a total hip replacement, forced me to slow down, reassess, and truly understand how to nourish my body in a way that supported both healing and performance.
I’ve been an athlete my entire life, and I understand what it means to push through setbacks. Despite the challenges, I never gave up on movement. Running became my steady companion. From 5Ks to ultramarathons, and it’s still a meaningful part of my story today. Along the way, I dove deep into digestion, recovery, performance fueling, and how to adjust nutrition through different seasons of training and life.
That experience changed the way I approach food. Whether your goal is improving performance, losing weight, building sustainable habits, supporting your body while on weight-loss medications, or simply feeling better day to day, I’ll help you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing — not just hand you a plan and send you on your way.
